We’re launching with Star Trek trivia!
For many people my age and older, Star Trek was our first geek love. We wanted to sit on the bridge with Kirk, Spock, and McCoy. Or go drinking with Scotty, fence with Sulu, trade jokes with Chekov, and sing a song with Uhura.
So, it only seemed right to kick off the Dorky, Geeky, Nerdy Podcast with an homage to the 1960’s Sci-Fi TV classic. Hailing frequencies open and let’s begin with trivia for Star Trek: The Original Series.
What’s It All About?
What’s the show about? Well, we offer thirty trivia questions every week on a different topic. Three rounds of ten questions each. Each round will get a little harder than the last. The first round is the Dorky round, these are easy questions. Round two is the Geeky round. These are intermediate questions. The last round is the Nerdy round. These are the hardest questions of the game. If you get these, you’re a true nerd.
When and if you want rules or score cards, you will find them (conveniently enough) on our Rules Page. You don’t have to follow our rules, they’re just there as a suggestion. Make up your own rules, we don’t care.
When you’re done going boldly, please take a moment to subscribe, rate, and review the podcast. It goes a long way to help promote the show to more listeners. It’s the only logical thing to do.
We are also on Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit. Come join us, won’t you?
