  5. An explicit comparison between two things using the word like or as.

  6. The juxtaposition of incongruous or contradictory terms. Like Jumbo shrimp or Living Dead
    a. Oxymoron
  7. A phrase consisting of exclamatory words such as “Ouch” or “Hey”
    a. Interjection
  8. An abbreviation formed from the initial letters of a series of words like NATO or NASA
    a. Acronym
  9. One of two (or more) words that have the same spelling, but different meaning, and sometimes different pronunciation like entrance and entrace
    a. Heteronym. Homonym is close, but they can be spelled differently.
  10. Having only one syllable.
