What’s your favorite series from the franchise? I’m partial to Deep Space Nine myself. Though, Strange New Worlds is rapidly moving up my list. Also, Lower Decks is such a wonderful love letter to the fans, I can’t wait for more.
Part of my love for Star Trek is the vision of the future. We’re not perfect, but we strive to be so. We look to the stars and ask what’s out there? We make friends and allies. We are better together and know that problems can be solved with understanding and intelligence. That’s the future I want for myself and my children.
What about you? What’s your favorite thing about Star Trek? What drew you to it and what do you hope for in the future? We’re in a bit of a golden age for the franchise with four series currently in production and rumors of more on the way. (I’m intrigued by the rumors of a Janeway series and that Section 31 series they keep teasing with Michelle Yeoh).
